TechWeb Marketing

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

TechWeb Marketing uses the information described below to operate workspaces, prepare and review marketing content, and carry out actions requested through supported integrations. This page describes the current application; recording an account does not connect it or enable an integration that has not been implemented.

Information stored in Techweb

We store account names, email addresses, workspace and brand details, password hashes, authentication settings, and information you add or import. Workspace information includes products, uploaded media, drafts, generated copy, approvals, campaigns, schedule settings, connected account references, and publishing results.

Activity and security records include actions, timestamps, usage counts, and relevant identifiers. Sign-in records can include the attempted email address and IP address. Authentication cookies maintain your session and, when enabled, multi-factor authentication and trusted-device state.

Workspace access and credentials

Workspace records are scoped to their workspace, and signed-in access is checked against user roles. Platform administrators also have administrative access for managing the service. Stored AI, SEO, platform-import and channel credentials are encrypted at rest; connection settings return masked credentials. Account passwords are stored as hashes.

AI, SEO and publishing services

AI generation sends the relevant product and brand details, content instructions and prompt material to the configured AI provider or endpoint. SEO actions send website project details, audit parameters or keywords to OpenSEO and retrieve results from that account. These services process information under their own policies and account settings.

Supported publishing connections use the saved credential or provider authorization to check the connected account and send the content needed for the requested publication. Techweb stores account identifiers, authorization permissions and timing information, connection-check results, and publication references where required by the integration. A browser sign-in to a provider does not itself authorize Techweb.

Public media delivery

Uploaded media can be accessible through public delivery URLs. Images prepared for Instagram are served at public URLs so Instagram can retrieve them. Do not upload confidential files or material you are not authorized to share. Publishing content also makes it available according to the destination platform's visibility settings.

Disconnecting and deleting

A channel's Disconnect action removes its saved publishing credentials from Techweb. It preserves public account references, setup notes and your authored content. Selecting manual publishing is not the same as disconnecting. Removing provider authorization is a separate action in the provider's account settings.

Supported Facebook and Instagram revocation or data-deletion callbacks remove the associated authorization and, for deletion, the matching provider-derived publishing data. They preserve authored copy. Minimal audit records, hashed identity mappings and security or completion receipts can remain to prevent replay and protect later connections.

Content and media have separate deletion controls. Deleting information in Techweb does not guarantee removal of a post already published elsewhere; remove that post on the destination platform when needed. Disconnecting OpenSEO removes its saved Techweb credential, not projects or results held in OpenSEO.
